CR0014

CR014 is a broad spectrum inhibitor of vascular leak in experimental models, as demonstrated in vivo in a mouse model of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). The formulation of CR014 tested has been shown to be biologically active, remaining effective in lungs after a single intraperitoneal injection. CR014 is ideally suited to a range of formulation developments and modes of delivery, owing to its stability and its ease and cost-effectiveness of manufacture.
